Community Build, Inc.
is dedicated to the revitalization of South Los Angeles communities through investment in youth and commercial economic development. Community Build believes that youth, young adults and their families are a tremendous resource deserving investment and enabling their active participation as contributors to the local and global economies.
Headquartered in nearby Leimert Park, with a Youth Development Center located within walking distance inside the Crenshaw Baldwin Hills Plaza, Community Build's youth outreach prioritizes comprehensive and wrap-around services for at-risk youth, out-of-school youth, foster youth, youth offenders, gang-involved youth, and first-generation college bound youth.
The
Crenshaw Family YMCA
is a non-profit organization committed to helping us live a balanced, healthy life in spirit, mind and body. Located just down the street from Hillcrest on Santa Rosalia Drive, the Y provides sports and other programs to Hillcrest students and young people in the community. They also partner with Hillcrest to provide YMCA Play, a structured, heath-related physical fitness program on campus three days a week.

Turning Point School
is a private, independent, coeducational school in Culver City. For the past two years our Turning Point community partners have coordinated our Big Sunday day of service in which over fifty Turning Point School community members join us at Hillcrest to plant, landscape, paint, and fundraise for our school. They provide a tasty lunch for all too! We are forever grateful to our friends from Turning Point.
